You are welcome to park your car with us on the day of arrival and enjoy our garden. Your room will be ready from 2:00 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
If a deposit has already been made, it will be refunded in the form of a voucher.
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 29 days before departure. There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
If you cancel up to 29 days before arrival, there will be no additional cancellation costs. If canceled within 28 to 14 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booked amount will apply.
If canceled within 13 to 1 day before arrival, a fee of 85% of the total amount booked will apply.
If canceled on the day of arrival, fees amounting to 100% of the total booked amount will apply.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% of the booked but unused days will apply.
To avoid such inconveniences, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If a deposit has already been made, it will be refunded in the form of a voucher. We do not offer a refund.
There is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
We offer bed and breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby.
No, we do not offer half board. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. During the day, you can enjoy hot and cold drinks as well as homemade cakes at our hotel.
You can look forward to a breakfast with regional products: savory specialties such as speck, ham and cheese, homemade jams, dried fruits, various grains, nuts, muesli and regional yogurt. We also serve homemade cakes, sweet pastries and fresh bread from the bakery.
We are happy to recommend restaurants in Tirolo, Merano and the surrounding area. You will also find a small guide with our favorite spots in your room.
Yes, we have a small wellness area with a relaxation room, Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. It can be reserved for private and exclusive use.

Yes, dogs are welcome on request. Please note that they are not allowed in the breakfast room or sauna area. They are allowed on the lawn if kept on a leash.
We charge €20 per day and, if necessary, a final cleaning fee of €30.
